Job Description

Turbine Overhaul Services

Responsibilities

  • To perform system checks of the NDT processes.
  • To prepare aircraft engine component parts for NDT inspection.
  • To perform NDT Inspection on aircraft engine component parts.
  • To inspect aircraft engine component parts and ensure conformance against the technical data.
  • Participate in the EH&S programs and takes personal responsibility to ensure safety adherence.
  • Support the continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • 3+ years’ relevant NDT experience and comfortable to learn new advanced technology.
  • PCN or NAS410 or EN4179 Level 2 in any one method FPI / X-ray / UTG.
  • Fresh graduate or mid-career with keen interests in learning NDT is welcome.
  • Basic oral and written English language skill.
  • Ability to understand and follow technical drawing and standard operation procedures (SOP).
  • Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis.
  • Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
  • Attended external trainings with NDT certification is a plus.
