Responsibilities - your mission

• Design & implementation of SAP BI/BW/HANA solutions
• Analysis of the technical requirements & advice to internal stakeholders
• Support, operation & performance optimization of existing applications
• Design, develop, configure, migrate, test and implement SAP BW 7.5 on HANA Studio data warehousing solutions.
• End to end responsibility on solution design, data modeling and data architecture design and implementation
• Understand and capture business requirements and translate them into flexible and powerful BI solutions
• Contribute to the ongoing support and enhancement of all delivered SAP BI solutions, partnering with support staff and other teams to deliver high quality performance and business value
• Responsible for master data management around the applications and ensuring consistency of data exchange between ERP and BW/HANA layer.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound data exchange between BW/HANA and other technologies.
• Understands customer needs and proactive in offering BI solutions.
• Drive the full BI development process including ETL analysis and expansion, data warehouse modeling and delivery of front end reporting reports, metrics and dashboards
• Guarantee group - wide process standards and guidelines
• Cooperate on an international basis to process and successfully resolve user-related support tickets
• Participate in projects as part of the multi functional team

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• Completed studies in the relevant subject area (or comparable training)
• Strong experience in the conception and further development of SAP BW/BI solutions
• Very good knowledge of SAP BW/HANA & associated data modeling, building complex HANA calculator views, data staging.
• Implementation of complex HANA high performance calculation views (all types) staging on BW with A-DSOs
• Design and develop complex BEx queries and analysis for office reports to meet reporting requirements.
• Building calculation views, composite providers, Advanced ODS/DSO, Multi-providers, SPOs, Open ODS, Transient providers, extractors, data sources, ADPs and Process Chains
• Design and develop BW data models & data flow objects in SAP BW 7.x on HANA
• Extensive experience in HANA and BW end to end authorization set up.
• Deep understanding of SLT replication from sources and end to end customization extractors from ERP database.
• Design, Develop and Support BW data models & data flow objects in SAP BW 7.x on HANA and non-HANA
• ABAP and SQL knowledge and experience in customizing data flows, transformations, analytical views
• Hands on HANA native: data models, views, procedures, roles, jobs schedules.
• Experience in BW Loading (Full and Delta Loads) along with Monitoring, Scheduling, Working with Master Data, Transaction Data.
• Good knowledge of bex queries, SAP SAC and/or any reporting solutions would be good.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
