You will work in shifts (including nights) and weekends.
You will provide operational data for Inflvc0020ight Entertainment and Connectivity(IFEC) Services and SLA compliance
You will monitor IFEC digital services & Connectivity and provide support Level 1
You will apply the SOP for all the events raised by alerting system
You will manage requests by phone, email, tickets
You will act as First level Contact for incidents
You will involve on-duty TechOps4 as per the escalation procedures
You will be monitoring the RTHM data of on-wing aircraft systems and raise alerts/incidents accordingly
You will have the ownership of all incidents and maintain agreed KPIs
You will monitor content deployment pipeline as per agreed KPIs
You should be able to create reports and provide a custom report to the customer or internal stake holders as per agreed KPI
You will be monitoring spares inventory and create alerts as required.
Qualification
Bachelor or master degree
Preferable to have experience (atleast 2 years) in the Inflight entertainment and connectivity or Aviation industry – desirable within a Maintenance control center.
Good To Have
Aviation Training: Boeing 737 Max Familiarization, Aircraft reliability, and Performance Training, SMS Training, Knowledge of In-flight Entertainment and connectivity systems.
