Introduction:
Boeing is looking for a Training Solutions Sales Director (Non-executive) to be based out of Shanghai or Singapore.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the Training Solutions long range business plan (LRBP) sales goal for assigned accounts.
Work Authority:

Position Responsibilities:
Aligns with strategic direction provided by the AD & Flight Ops Manager
Expert in understanding and addressing the flight and maintenance training needs & challenges at their customers
Develops, leads, and executes effective campaign strategies. Provide training support for BCA aircraft campaigns
Identifies opportunities and develops sales pipelines by leveraging product knowledge to address customer needs and grow market share and share of wallet.
Serves as customer advocates internally, and drives NBA approval by advocating portfolio strategy
Ability to marshal & manage indirect resources to effectively lead winning teams
Effectively works both within a teaming environment, as well as independent efforts
Holds a relationship with the customer (VP/Dir Flight Ops, VP/Dir Flight Training, VP/Dir Maintenance Training, VP/Dir Procurement, Chief Pilot, Dir/Mgr Simulator Operations) and their respective teams
Responsible for representing the BGS Portfolio procured and utilized by the VP/Dir Flight Ops, VP/Dir Flight Training, VP/Dir Maintenance Training, Chief Pilot, VP/Dir of Training
Accountable to Training Solutions IPT Sales Leader
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Undergrad technical degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of Aerospace/Commercial Aviation related experience or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 year of sales experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pilot/Technician, OEM or airline experience is a plus.
Relocation:
This position offer relocation based on candidate eligibility.
