In this role, you will focus on the regional implementation journey of QR Cargo’s Vision 2027 being the bridge between the Region and the Head Office in Doha. Your role will contribute to take our relationship with stakeholders to the next level by adopting innovative methods & approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in the transformation process of QR Cargo VISION 2027
• Draft functional process maps and identify pain points
• Execute an action plan to address non-value-added tasks
• Support gap analyses in existing process capabilities and propose areas for improvement and develop a road map/ business plan for future business improvement
• Support the evaluation of opportunities for process mapping, baselines, challenging targets, digitization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Multi-source data collection and analysis
• Create executive summary to visualize main insights in different formats (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Present final insights to relevant stakeholders and prove your findings
• Contribute in workshops design and facilitation
• Involvement in cross-functional projects executing key activities
• Monitor global project status’ using different tools and platforms (Excel, PowerPoint, Clarizen)
• Write an maintain project documentation
• Develop executive presentations

Qualifications

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
• Experience in process mapping
• Experience in managing data from different sources and presenting insights in different formats
• Experience in supporting cross-functional projects
• Command of the English language
• Effective listening and critical thinking skills
• Project management discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Should be excellent at using MS Office (Excel, word and power point), and should be able to use tools like Power BI
• Have the legal right to live and work in the country of application
