Conduct inquiries pertaining to Disciplinary & Integrity matters related to Ground Services Department, and recommend administrative actions thereafter in line with company policy, after detailed review along with other panel members;
Conduct inquiries pertaining to complaints against Ground Services Department staff from other department / external sources along with other panel members.
Investigate employee grievances of Ground Services Department along with other panel members;
Prepare and propose Inquiry reports after investigations
Coordinate and work closely on day to day basis with Human Resources Department on disciplinary & integrity matters related to Ground Services Department;
Coordinate with Legal Department as and when required;
Ensure all inquiries are carried our expeditiously and concluded fairly
Assist in internal HR audit of Ground Services Department as per requirement.
Prepare and maintain various MIS reports pertaining to disciplinary matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: MBA (HR) / Post Graduate
Working Experience: Total 8 - 10 years in HR, out of which minimum 5 years in HR Compliance (disciplinary matters)
Should be well versed with various Labour laws
Should be well versed with MS office (particularly MS Word and Excel)
Preferably from Airlines industry
