Job Description

  • Be on-site throughout the working party
  • Participate in the incoming and outgoing inspection
  • Ensure that the work-scope is applied in the agreed lead time without gaps with the budgetary estimation
  • Monitor the Maintenance and Repair Organization’s (MRO) performance and manage the out of scope work, including cumulative follow-up

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the final working party preparation meetings
  • Participate in the Working Party Kick-off Meeting with the selected MRO
  • Report on the Working Party progress on a daily and weekly basis
  • Report in real time on any deviation to the Operations Manager
  • Anticipate any deviation concerning Planning/Cost/Airworthiness/Operational phase
  • Review all information (estimated man hours, lead-time and principle parts) necessary to make decision on the accomplishment of additional out of scope work.
  • Immediately report to the Operations Manager and the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) Post Holder for aircraft managed under the Airbus CAMO any quality deficiency or human factor event relating to the MRO
  • Host the Customer/Lessor representative, whenever he is on-site during the working party
  • Ensure a day-to-day survey of components, kits status and lead-times
  • Technically accept the aircraft at the end of the working party. The Operations Manager will define the degree of delegation on a project by project basis
  • The Working Party Representative is in charge to verify the acceptance of all the work ordered before the signature of the Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) by the MRO
  • The Working Party Representative is in charge to review and communicate with the relevant parties for the resolution of defect reports

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in aviation related field
  • Minimum 2 years in Aircraft End Of Lease industry experience
  • Ability to understand and promote conceptual services
  • Ability to work in an operational environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks
  • Team oriented
  • Motivated by challenges
  • Willingness to take responsibility
  • Multi-cultural experience and understanding
