We are currently accepting expressions of interest from A320 rated Co-Pilots in Europe, to register their details with our recruitment team. Those who register will be kept up to date with the latest easyJet recruitment news and information on application processes to join easyJet as an A320 Co-Pilot in Europe.
Early next year we will also be planning recruitment roadshows across Europe for the 2023 recruitment season. This will provide the opportunity to meet the easyJet recruitment team and find out more information about life at easyJet. More details will be available in the coming months.

Requirements of the Role
Our current minimum requirements for Europe-based A320 rated Co-Pilots are as follows:
*Currently operating defined as operating within the last 18 months at the point of application and acknowledge it is a requirement to have a valid A320 LPC on joining
Please be aware these are reviewed on a yearly basis and may be updated in the future.
If your experience does not meet these requirements you may still register however should a role become available, you will not be able to submit a formal application until you meet the requirements as specified at the time. For your information, our internal commands will take priority over any direct entry Captain vacancies and all our Cadet opportunities will be sourced directly from our approved ATO.
