Your Role & Main Responsibilities

  • Execute and/or effectively deliver projects from planning to and including operations with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, scope, risk, quality and communication management
  • Participates in the workflow planning process, including the creation, technical design, development, testing, delivery and training of collaborative solutions
  • Develop and drive action plans to increase customer experience.
  • Proactively escalate to get issue resolution on behalf of the customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience.
  • Lead status report presentations to accurately identify situations and related action plans.
  • Communicate with stakeholders during the management of a critical items
  • Identify business opportunities for our customers.
  • Actively participate in various continuous improvement activities.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer interaction role.
  • Good experience in the administration and configuration of systems.
  • The ability to communicate well and work with system administrators and other IT staff
  • Strong ability to prepare oral and written communications.
  • Properly handle unexpected situations.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Ability to play an influential role.
  • The position requires the candidate to occasionally travel internationally.
  • Be a change agent & Agile mindset promoter
  • Contribute to the collaborative and stimulating work environment
  • Be connected to the industry to know tendencies and suggest innovative ideas
