Job Description

Job Purpose

To support the Adaptation Team Leader in ensuring the adaptation of ATM systems is maintained in accordance with operational requirements.
 

Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

• Support the Team Leader's Adaptation in maintaining ATM systems in relation to adaptation i.e. AIRAC cycles
• Ensure ATM systems are updated in accordance with approved regulatory publications and regulations, as directed by the Head of Approach and/or Head of Tower
• Support the maintenance of the ATC information database as operationally required
• Work closely with team members to ensure change management processes are followed and documented as per departmental procedures 
• Assist ATC Operations, Engineering, and Safety with fault investigations as required "
 
Technical Competencies
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturer training courses in relevant ATM systems
 
Experience:
• 10 years’ experience in preparing adaptations to an ATM system
• Working in an operational role within air traffic services
 
Special Technical Skills:
• ATM Systems Knowledge & Management
• Knowledge of ICAO regulations, standards, recommendations, and documentation for ATC/CNS
• SMS, QMS, and other international standards pertaining to the delivery of Air Navigation Services
• IT proficiency
