  • Good in Arabic & English (Spoken & Written)

Job Description

  • Provide SCM team support, including but not limited to data & spend Analyses.
  • Maintain support and adhere to the company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to the Company's health, safety, environmental and security policies at all times;
  • Ensure that Business Ethics and Core Values of the Supply Chain Management Department are implemented and followed in proper manner.
  • Proper filing of Tender Bonds in the respective files
  • Keep copies of all correspondences regarding Tender bonds, Performance Bond
  • Maintenance of hard copy files & database for all Tenders.
  • Ensure all documents are safeguarded in filing room
  • Collect all the data pertaining to the existent contracts and procurement in a proper way/tool using the best industry practices
  • Ensure all data and spend analyses are well documented
  • Coordinate with the procurement manager to collect all contract values and their price impact and create various spend data for each procurement category.
  • Provide analysis for changes in commercial values for the contracts based on the environmental and market changes such as escalation, regions impact and others.
  • Work with Manager ICV & Supplier Management to provide data analysis in commercials for various suppliers based on the category type and origin of the supplier
  • Work the procurement manager to have proper values for the procurement plan to ensure a realistic spend values
  • Collect, interpreting data, formulating reports as needed
  • Apply qualitative & quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.
  • Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured
  • Implement the appropriate research designs, planning & executing market research projects, and presentation of findings.
  • Coordinate and communicate plans, as well as, activities with others to ensure coordinated work efforts and a “Team” approach.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as assigned by line manager
