Tasks And Expectations

• Organize and run sprint ceremonies for assigned teams, e.g., planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely and often with internal developers & external partners
• Assist with backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
• Optimize the flow of work for assigned teams
• Provide support to ensure on schedule and accurate time tracking for epics and sprints
• Proactively anticipate and remove impediments to keep teams highly productive
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies for the platform
• Identify and manage dependencies internal and external to a team
• Create and utilize key metrics to measure, improve, and report performance to stakeholders
• Provide Agility direction, advice on practices within needed standards and circumstance optionality
• Cultivate and sustain effective partnerships between cross-functional team
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness and good practice sharing
• Proven track of managing customer facing projects using principles and frameworks of successful project management such as PMP, Agile, SAFe
• Proven experience in delivering project scope on time, budget, and quality to external/internal stakeholders
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment.
• Understand the technical architecture and design in cloud and mobile application development
• Exposure to Microservices and serverless architecture and web services
• Work closely with development teams across global locations to review product deliverables and assist in providing direction for fixes and system enhancements.
• Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and manage progress to ensure on-time, quality delivery of business requirements.
• Good DevOps understanding including Kubernetes, Docker
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Years of experience: 8-10 yrs

Must Have Skills

• Master/Bachelor's degree in a related field or work
• 5+ years’ experience in a customer facing scrum master or project manager role
• 5+ years’ experience managing custom software implementations
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies
• Certification e.g. CSM, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE 2, Safe is preferred
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
• Ability to listen well and ask questions to guide users through the analysis process
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
• Customer focused and driven.
• Metrics driven project management expertise.
