Job Description

  • Conduct pre and post-flight checks.
  • Assist passengers in deplaning.
  • Attend to the comfort and safety of the passenger.
  • Briefing passengers about the flight rules.
  • Checking the safety equipment, aircraft cleanliness, seat pockets is up to date and that all meals and stock are on board.

Responsibilities

  • Go to pre-flight briefings and study all the details of the flight.
  • Lead passengers in case of emergency and give first aid to passengers if necessary.
  • Offer support to passengers with special needs including children, disabled persons, or elders.
  • Prepare analytic reports concerning flight issues.
