Job Description

Key accountabilities

  • As a Trainee Officer (Baggage), you will supervise baggage operations to ensure baggage are dispatched to aircraft in a timely manner as per airlines' requirements or stipulations by the aviation authority.
  • Successful candidate will be hired into this SkillsFuture’s Earn and Learn Programme (ELP). ELP is a work-study programme designed to give fresh graduates from Polytechnics an opportunity to pursue and develop a career in the growing Air Transport sector.
  • You will undergo 6 months of carefully curated On-the-Job Training (OJT) for you to learn and appreciate aspects of the Air Transport sectors. This will be followed by 12 months of part-time work-study arrangements, after which successful candidates will be conferred a Specialist Diploma in Aviation Management by SIM Global Education (SIM GE).

Skills & experience

  • Diploma in any discipline from a local polytechnic
    - Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
