Job Description

To manage lessor relationships and all related administrative activities, including, being the primary point of contact for lessor queries, ensuring all access permissions are granted and reports provided as requested. The AAC also oversees the general administration functions of the department and manages the junior and Transguard staff, while supporting the Manager Aircraft Assets (MAA) as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• National / Higher National Diploma (12+2 or equivalent) in an Aviation related subject (OR `A levels? with a minimum of 8 years experience in a records or planning role with demonstrable EOL experience) Minimum 5 years experience in a records or planning role with demonstrated EOL experience Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory / team management position Knowledge/skills: Demonstrated knowledge of contracts and / or EOL processes Conversant with aircraft systems, power plant and components. Thorough knowledge of related Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering functions, aircraft regulatory requirements and maintenance documentation. Proficient with Computer applications (e.g. Ultramain, Stream). Safety Sensitive Role: No
