In Your Role As Aircraft Planner, You Will

  • Organise customer pre input, induction & output meetings with Customers.
  • Prepare Meeting Minutes to communicate with all key stakeholders.
  • Update the Aircraft Schedule Chart on the daily basis and report to his/her direct supervisor and Operation Manager should there be any impending spare constraint.
  • Generate First Progressive Payment Invoice (PPI) upon start of each project.
  • Create work packages (Work Orders) in SAP and Pivotal based on the accepted Proposal Planning Document (PPD) or smaller projects not covered under (PPD) for maintenance task execution. Include generation of service order (SVO) to each task within the work order (WO) before and during aircraft induction.
  • Forecast and create demand for spares, consumables and outsourcing tasks such as NDT inspection and hydrostatic test through SAP indicating their respective Needed by Date as stipulated in the accepted PPD and follow up with ware house/ supply chain on the availability of required GSE/tooling and as required communicate with ware house/ supply chain, on any assistance required for their onwards arrangement and execution.
  • Coordinate special programs with Project Support Team (ie., ISIT, CSIT) OEM warranty program (i.e., Smart Parts, ESP, MSP, HAAP, CASP, JSSI and etc) to obtain approvals for all warranty jobs.
  • Reconcile the work package at the end of maintenance activity and ensure all accepted maintenance tasks have been duly completed and certified. Make certificate of release (CRS) of the completed maintenance tasks for C staff to verify and final release. Archive one copy of the completed work package and send one copy to Customer.
  • In coordination with the PMs communicate with Invoice Analysts on the warranty and special program and give support to the preparation of invoicing as and when required.
  • Support Customer Project Manager in schedule and unscheduled projects.
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager with proposal preparation

As our ideal candidate,

  • You must have Bachelors degree in Business or Aviation Management or equivalent experience.
  • You should possess min 3 years related experience in an aircraft service facility
  • You should have Technical background in Aviation You should have interpersonal skills necessary to establish to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • You should possessed planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
