Job Description

Manager Aircraft Projects is responsible for overall tracking various projects related to Aircraft Procurement and Deliveries / Redeliveries in the P&F department.

Functional Responsibilities:

 Manager Aircraft Projects is responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle. S/he must be able to apply, independently, the below duties and responsibilities of the project success criteria:

• Develop, complete, and update procurement management Project Implementation plan(s), Milestones and Deliverables.
• Manage the required outputs, identify potential risks and mitigating measures, taking responsibility for the project's overall progress (s).
• Prepare/adapt all relevant plans for approval by the Project Board under Aircraft Procurement & Financing.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, obligations towards deliverables, and payments to contractors.
• Prepare, issue, track and maintain regular projects and financial reports.
• Review project status and maintain a dashboard system, evaluating performance criteria (scope, cost, schedule, and quality).
• Develop stakeholder profiles, engagement strategies & establish working relationships with the internal and external Project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for quality reviews of project documents and their deliverables.
• Prepare case studies, lessons learned, and best practices, ensuring that they are shared quickly and appropriately.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years Sourcing and Procurement work experience, including project or program management.
• Advanced computer skills Advanced Excel, MS Project, MS Visio skills.
• Candidates have proven problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to think critically and logically to determine the best innovative solution ideas.
  Substantial project financial budget, risk management, and process development skills
