 JOB PURPOSE

The BCMS Coordinator is responsible for assisting Specialist – SMS & BCP in implementation, training and exercising of DIAL’s Business Continuity Management System.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS

The BCMS Coordinator will interact with stakeholders outside of DIAL including government bodies operating at IGIA on BCP implementation.

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS

The BCMS Coordinator will interact with DIAL senior managers, departmental heads and BCMS SPOCs throughout the organisation. 

FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS

Engineering Background preferable

OTHER DIMENSIONS

• Total experience 5/7 years with 2 years essentially in the relevant field.
• Aviation background preferable.
•  
• Expertise in Microsoft excel and power point
• Proficiency in ISO systems & processes (ISO 22301, OHSAS 18001)
• Proficiency in Risk Assessment Techniques
• Proficiency in Training and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Auditing skills
• Interpersonal skills
