Job description:

Responsible to Technical Services Manager for Engineering issues concerning aircraft systems, components and products during maintenance and operation of Flynas fleet.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Liaises with Technical services various sections for Service Bulletins (SB) and Airworthiness Directives (AD) for accomplishment based on analysis of airline maintenance operations and financial cost-benefit analyses.
2. Coordinates recommendations for any changes that impact airplane flight operations.
3. Supports review and approval of technical manual and maintenance program changes based on analysis of airline maintenance operations and reliability data.
4. Maintain and manage airline equipment baseline part number changes and part number interchangeability for all aircraft enrolled in Fleet Management Services.
5. Provides troubleshooting support to MCC and Maintenance as required including root cause analysis in liaison with the Technical services concerned section.
6. Performs aircraft system diagnostic and prognostic monitoring of each aircraft, and makes recommendations for corrective actions necessary to avoid unscheduled maintenance and no fault found.
7. Produce the monthly reliability report
8. Prepares and arranges the Monthly/ quarterly and yearly reliability meeting
9. Evaluates and initiate follow-up action for generated Alert levels.
10. Maintain Airframe Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directive database.
11. Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

1. 3-5 years in Aircraft reliability technical services
2. BSc degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
3. Aircraft reliability program OEM course
4. Excellent computer skills in MS office
5. Excellent statistical skills.
