Job Description

Job Scope :

•To achieve efficient use of stands and gates and minimizing of delays to aircraft via the  allocation of stands and gates and their changes; to monitor the actual operation and to perform required changes to the planned allocation based on operational requirements.

Accountabilities :

•Monitor data flow through system interfaces with the AODB in order to manage and/or correct On/Off – Block times from the ADS (Aircraft Docking System)
•Monitor the influence of flight data changes to the gate allocation in order to perform required changes based on operational requirements
•Take necessary measures to proactively plan stands and allocation to ensure alignment with flight operations and schedules
•Monitor the technical availability of allocated gates and perform gate allocation changes if required
•Coordinate gate changes with the stand allocation in order to achieve efficient use of stands and gates
•Communicate effectively the changes and continually monitor the progress of assigned tasks
•Monitor the effectiveness of the allocation plan in order to improve operational productivity
•Monitor gate change information on the EVIDS
•Undertake allocation in pre-planning, shift planning and real time to ensure all operational requirements are met in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :

•Bachelor’s degree in Airport or Aviation Management
