Job Description

IndiGo is looking for eligible candidates for the profile of Assistant Manager - Reliability in our Engineering Department.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare reliability data for various Reliability reports and analyze it continuously to arrest any negative trends.
• Ensure timely release of monthly System Performance Report.
• Review Alert Exceedances and recommend measures to reduce the exceedance by advising line maintenance/MCC or raising concerns to OEM.
• Ensure Failure Confirmation module is regularly updated based on shop report findings of LRU’s.
• Finalize the agenda and conduct Quarterly Reliability Report in a timely manner.
• Monitor all TFU/ISI/ISP/TPS issued by Airbus/ATR and advise all concerned in case of an important update.
• Ensure that all identified rogue and chronic units are recommended for deeper investigation prior to acceptance in IGO inventory.
• Provide inputs for the purpose of PIB meetings and investigations.
• Provide monthly data to OEM for participation in benchmarking.
• Monitor Component performance based on URR/MTBUR and take actions to improve the reliability.
• Provide reliability inputs to MOD cell for assessment of modifications.
• Monitor and contribute to FAIR to gather inputs from other operators for a reliability issue.

Educational Qualification

• Tech (Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical) or Aircraft Maintenance engineering ( AME)

Others

• 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduation

Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years

• 5-7 years in aviation; if the last employer is an unscheduled airline- 7-8 years of experience.
