Job Description

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ Years (Airline/MRO)
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration (SCM), Bachelors/ Masters in Commerce, Bachelors/ Masters in any Discipline(with mandatory Domain Experience in Aviation Procurement/ Supply Chain/ Material Management) or BE/ B. tech in Aeronautics/ Aviation
  • Experience in RFQ Flotation, CSQ Creation and Comparison Analysis.
  • High level of proficiency in ERP Software, MS office and other tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience and awareness in applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in vendor development and vendor evaluation. Working Experience in EXIM Documentation.
  • Working experience in Customs House procedures (preferably from a CHA/ Freight Forwarder).
  • Exposure to ICE gate software and filling of BOE.
  • Well versed with INCOTERMS and its applicability. Exposure to International business procedure as prior experience. Usage and applicability of correct HSN Codes.
  • Should have experience in Contract Management and execution.
  • Experience in Global procurement and strategy w.r.t Aviation Procurement.
  • Experience in execution, monitoring, assessment, evaluation and control of PROCURE TO PAY process cycle (P2P Cycle).
