Job Description

• Evaluation of modification documents through Mod Assessment Forms.
• Prepare the Agenda for the Modification Committee Meetings (MCM)
• Prepare the Minutes and the Executive Summary post MCM.
• Coordinate with manufacturer & OEMs for any requirements related to modification documents and for seeking any clarifications.
• Reporting back of the in-service modifications to the manufacturer.
• Preparation of the Airworthiness Directives Compliance List (ADCL) and SB Status for each aircraft
• Maintain the records of all STCs accomplished on the IGO Fleet.
• Preparing the modification package for C Checks
• Assignment of Modifications in AMOS to the New Aircraft inducted in the Fleet.
• Preparing the Aircraft Dent & Buckle chart for each aircraft
• Ensure that all applicable Modifications documents are uploaded ATA wise on 6E world
• Prepare requisite documentation and reports for Lessor mid-term audits
• Preparation of Modification documents during ARC / C of A
• To monitor the repetitive and recurrent defects in close coordination with MCC
• Coordination with the Certifying Staff / SIC for timely completion of the Occurrence Reporting Forms.
• Reporting all occurrences/Delays/Defects to the Regulatory Authority as required by CAR M & CAR 145
• Participating in the Daily Delay/Defect meeting and preparing the daily delay/defect report and submission to DGCA.
• Monitoring of MEL invoking and aircraft status downgrading
• Investigation and data preparation for PIB cases

Educational Qualification:

• Tech(Electrical/Electronics/mechanical/ aeronautical)/ AME

Others:

• 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th and Graduation
• Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years:
• 5-6 years in aviation; if the last employer is an unscheduled airline +1 years more.
• IT skills:
• MS Office, excel, Worked on Aviation Software like AMOS
• Behavioural Competencies:
• Collaborative approach, Good Interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, Time management
