Job Description

We are looking for meticulous and motivated individuals with a passion for making a difference in the aviation industry.

You are expected to review and implement terminal ops policies to ensure compliance to rapidly evolving Safe Management Measures for both current operations and looking ahead as we plan for recovery of airport activities. You will coordinate closely with various airport stakeholders such as aircraft operators, ground handlers, and government agencies to ensure smooth and safe airport operations, while delivering high service levels to airport users. You will also participate in business continuity planning, and coordination for contingency exercises, to ensure high level of ops readiness.

You may also oversee administrative functions such as billing for PSSF and procurement of supplies for office and terminal facilities. You will be tasked to review and improve current work processes and implement changes through automation or innovation to enhance work productivity across the Seletar team.

Requirements

• Good Degree or Diploma in any discipline, preferably with between 2 to 5 years of work experience
• Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication, multi-tasking and project management skills

Applicants who are medically eligible for vaccination has to be fully vaccinated or have made plans to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by 1 January 2022 as this position requires the employee to return to the workplace.
