Job Description

Seasoned HR professional with 4 to 7 years of HR experience, with the majority as a recruiter who has handled both bulk hiring and niche hiring.

This is an Individual Contributor role.

Key job responsibilities:

• Manage external hiring and IJP process.
• The role involves managing service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring
• Creating, and managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring
• Develop Colleges as a channel of recruitment
• Sourcing and attracting the right talent
• Develop more channels of recruitment
• Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio
• Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency
• Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to a formal offer
• Manage participation in job fairs to identify talent and create brand awareness
• Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive contact from all candidates.
• Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications, and other sources to develop candidates
• Managing job portals
• Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations
• Any other job as specified by the Reporting Manager.

Education and Experience:

• MBA/PG Diploma in HR with at least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Expertise in IT and Non-IT Recruitments
• Working experience on ATS
• Volume hiring experience
• Good in MS Excel and Reporting
