Seasoned HR professional with 4 to 7 years of HR experience, with the majority as a recruiter who has handled both bulk hiring and niche hiring.
This is an Individual Contributor role.
Key job responsibilities:
Manage external hiring and IJP process.
The role involves managing service delivery on SLAs for internal and external hiring
Creating, and managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring
Develop Colleges as a channel of recruitment
Sourcing and attracting the right talent
Develop more channels of recruitment
Responsible for ensuring 100% offer to join ratio
Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency
Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to a formal offer
Manage participation in job fairs to identify talent and create brand awareness
Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost-effective strategies, and professional and positive contact from all candidates.
Work with external recruiters, industry associations, national publications, and other sources to develop candidates
Managing job portals
Ensure that all aspects of the operations are in accordance with local employment laws and regulations
Any other job as specified by the Reporting Manager.
Education and Experience:
MBA/PG Diploma in HR with at least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
