Job Description

Seasoned HR professional with 4 to 6 years of HR experience, with the majority as a recruiter who has handled both bulk-hiring and niche hiring.

This is an Individual Contributor role.

• Proficient in excel and power point.
• Manage external & internal hiring process
• Manage stake holders and hiring managers
• Creating and managing dashboards for regular updates on hiring
• Proactively identifying issues and highlighting for prompt resolution
• Develop more channels of recruitment
• Monitor and drive recruitment cost and efficiency
• Managing/Tracking all recruitments MIS from search to formal offer
• Working with the team, develop specific criteria for each search and coordinate the total recruiting project ensuring timely action, cost effective strategies, and a professional and positive contact from all candidates.
• Manage job portals & 6E recruit
• Travel to various stations from time to time
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc

Education and Experience:

• MBA/PG Diploma in HR with at least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Working experience on ATS
• Volume hiring experience
• Good in MS Excel and Reporting
