Job Description

Job Purpose:

Coordinate in all flight operations tasks according to approved rules and procedures to achieve desired objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Update crew member’s information and finalize their travel procedures
• Cover the flights with the reservist’s crew according to regulations and procedures
• Distribute boarding pass cards to the deadheading crew on the flight
• Communicate with the crew members in regard to any required information
• Inform officials or concerned about changes in flight times
• Prepare the flights required documents including permissions and attachments
• Participate in preparing alternative crew members' plan
• Plan crew schedules/vacations and make sure of enough numbers available to cover the flights
• Notify relevant authorities about scheduling /rescheduling crew members' information in normal or emergency conditions
• Request the crew transportation and accommodation
• Ensure specialists to ensure the safety of the crew navigators system (APIS)
• Check the crew documents through (APIS) system
• Perform any functions related to the department as directed by the supervisor
• Work on a shift basis

Required qualifications and experience:

- High school with at least (4) years of work experience including a minimum (1) year of experience in the flight operation field

Or

- Diploma in Flight Operations or any related major.

 Required English Level:

• Standardized Test for English Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS.
• The issuance date of the test MUST not exceed Three years from the application date.
• Other English Tests will not be accepted.
• The test is MANDATORY for all candidates including Out of the kingdom graduate.
• If the applicant did not take the STEP test yet, the applicant may complete his application and then update the STEP score in the job application once he has taken the test. (If the requisition is still posted on the website)

• Official Education degree showing the overall average/GPA (minimum of High School) (If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from the Saudi Ministry of Education).
