Boeing Indirect Supply Chain team is currently looking for two Associate Procurement Coordinators-Level B to join their team in Bangalore, IND.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with Factory and Production team along with External suppliers and Internal Business Partners.
Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in and/or prepares charts and reports to support analysis and management of procurement elements.
• Execute procurement responsibilities for low-value non-complex procurement.
• Enter data, runs queries, performs updates and edits databases ensuring data integrity and timeliness.
• Collect, organize, edit and provide data used by procurement agents and management to effectively evaluate processes and performance within the procurement cycle.
• Communicate with procurement agents and internal customers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate may be required to work onsite at the listed location options .

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in a dedicated Procurement Process
• Experience in working within Factory environment
• Experience using ERP systems like SAP Ariba, SAP MM or Oracle

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Graduate with certification in Supply Chain management.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 – 3 years' related work experience.
