Key Accountabilities

• Conceptualizing projects scope, goals, and deliverables

• Defining the projects tasks and managing resource requirements, Planning and scheduling project timelines. Managing project budget/costing,

• Selecting and appointing consultants, vendors and contractors,

• Finalization of Plant and machinery for production, Interacting with foreign / Indian suppliers for all technical details / engineering

• Develop relevant systems, processes, procedures, SOPs and review mechanisms to enhance manufacturing performance.

• Plan and direct activities to achieve agreed Manufacturing targets including safety, Quality, revenues, production & financial targets & all compliances.

• Responsible for managing the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases from inception to completion.

• Oversees the program execution to ensure customer requirements are met, while maintaining/updating scope, schedule and costs

• Lead Negotiations of contractual changes including coordination preparations of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements, operational budgets, specifications and financial conditions of contracts.

Schedules and executes project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget

Ensure effective communications and relationships between project team members

Qualifications

Must :

• Bachelors in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Aeronautical engineering.

Desirable:

• Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering/ Management will be an added advantage
