Job Description

The position holder is responsible for assisting the Head of Corp Comm & Manager - New Media in managing the inflight magazine, employee communications and corporate social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Inflight Magazine

• Managing the inflight magazine end-to-end from content strategy to execution
• Finalising the content calendar by liaising with the publishing agency
• Editing all the inflight magazine articles to ensure brand compliance and correctness

• Employee Communications

• Formulating and executing the employee communication plan across internal channels and social media to enhance employee engagement and bolster employer branding
• Drafting visual and engaging employee communications
• Devising innovative approaches to engage employees in airport offices besides the corporate office
• Managing senior leadership communications

• Corporate Social Responsibility

• Formulating the CSR plan aligned with the organisation’s focus areas
• Managing community projects with measurable outcomes
• Engaging employees in volunteering activities
• Driving PR and social media mileage from such initiatives

• Event Management

• Planning and executing internal and external events of small and large scale involving key stakeholders

Skills / Attributes

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Well versed with usage of social media channels
• Analytical ability, Innovative, creative and customer Focus
• Networked with Indian media and awareness about their ways of working (preferred)
• Hands on experience of design and video tools as well as presentation tools
• Interpersonal Skills, Team player Self-Starter, Drive for results

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years preferably in aviation or service industry

Qualification

• Graduate with a major in English Literature/ Diploma in Mass Communication/ Public Relations
