Job Description

The job requires to review and audit financial and non- financial transactions for both partner and on role employees driving policy compliance through audit and goverance.

Key Responsibilities

• Amadeus audits for tickets issued and financial transactions conducted by the voice and non-voice team.
• Maintain and conduct audits on waivers issued by the CE team.
• Liaison with the Finance fraud prevention team to ensure items are audited and closed within timelines.
• Manage Access master files and audit addition and deletion of ID’s for all business applications.
• Maintain tagging compliance with reports shared with respective stakeholders for noncompliance.
• Detailed billing audits for payments released for contact center vendors.
• Respond to 100% audit findings raised monthly by the finance team on travel partner transaction.
• Report and maintain error log for the CE team.
• Work on projects to enhance governance.
• Solely responsible for maintaining consolidated reports during flight disruption.
• 100% audits to be conducted for OAL issued during disruption including interline tickets.
• Maintain MIS and associated reports for all types of Audits conducted.
• Penalties charged should be maintained inline with the audit findings.
• Prepare and maintain SOP’s for various processes defined for Audits and Governance.
• Highlight and prepare CRM triggers for case resolution.

Skills & Attributes

• Aviation background would be preferred.
• Excellent Excel and Power Point skills needed.
• Ability to analyse and present data and trends.
• Good interpersonal skills needed.

Work Experience

• Minimum 5 Years experience in any industry

Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university
