Job Description

Looking for a smart professional with good experience in web/mobile product management. Looking for a candidate who has good experience in Wireframes / Mock-ups / Prototyping and experience in writing user stories and UX product management. Be the subject matter expert for your product, including its user interface, back end, performance metrics, and system performance. Oversee the development (from inception to launch) of assigned Digital Products. Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product roadmaps, delivery dates, and product demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Business requirement documents & engaging with the dev team in designing, prioritizing, grooming the feature backlog for new and existing products.
• Optimize, measure and report the performance of the customer experience on the website to understand customer journeys.
• Support the development and design of new web and app features from UI/UX perspective.
• Own projects from beginning to end — from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, and support.
• Work with IT business partners to resolve all issues and errors logged within the areas of focus.
• Identify and apply insight from customer research, data analytics, market and competitor analysis, industry / product / technology trends etc.
• Manage requirements ranging from customer problems, new features, optimizing existing features, quick wins vs strategic changes.
• Manage & collaborate with agencies and other vendors/partners.
• Responsible for the ongoing day-to-day functionality and upkeep of our website, including site/ performance optimization and mobile optimization.
• Execute best practices around the customer-use experience to drive user engagement, increased responses and an overall improved experience.
• As part of the product team, help build the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area to ship features and product improvements.
• Be on top of customer feedback and obtain actionable insights into the solutions we are building.
• Conceptualize product wireframes & process flow diagrams, develop sprint goals, new features, and enhancements.

Skills & Attributes

• Exceptional data analysis skills
• Experience with a web-based company managing web applications and multivariate testing is preferred.
• Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wireframes and mockups.
• Communication – verbal, Listening, delivering information, Responding, written, and presentation skills.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in product management in consumer web & app development is preferred.

Qualification

• MBA/PGDM/MCA/MS from a recognized university
