Job Description

This role will be responsible to ensure the seamless functioning of the loyalty program.You will oversee day to day operations and work with various stakeholders to run projects and campaigns, identify opportunities & gaps, define and solve problems in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Together with other team members and your manager, you will be responsible for creating a high value proposition, increasing customer enrolment, growing engagement and retention for the program.


Key Responsibilities

     

     Content Management

  • Launch new pages and microsites by translating content into the corresponding templates; Build product pages in support of new product launches
  • Leverage key capabilities for content management, websites/microsites, A/B and multivariate testing strategies
  • Support in targeting and segmentation to personalize digital campaigns jointly with the campaign management lead
  • Maintain a consistent look and feel across all websites based on established guidelines

 

     Website & App Management

  • Lead the development and designing of new website and app features from UI/UX perspective
  • Own online projects from beginning to end — from gathering of requirements, design and development, to testing, launch, and support
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key learnings

 

      Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and keep a pulse of program health
  • Build and maintain program performance dashboards and providing recommendations based on data insights
  • Develop new weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards as per evolving business needs
  • Extract, analyse and interpret data from different sources to enable data visualization and translate findings into simple actionable insights
  • Analyse program data to formulate insights that help strengthen and evolve the program

Program Management

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (both internal and external) for all aspects of the program
  • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver business KPIs
  • Ensure program processes are running smoothly and intervene as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams by assisting with and providing strategy, direction, and input towards the development of program and are in-keeping with the requirements
  • Manage all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of the loyalty program

Work Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years of work experience.
  • Substantial loyalty program management or equivalent experience including experience managing cross functional projects, and data analysis
  • Previous experience in airlines, loyalty and content and/or product management is a plus
  • Experience working on CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) is mandatory
  • Experience in testing & managing web applications and mobile applications is an advantage

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business/Marketing/ Statistics or related field
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Product management, data analytics certifications are appreciated
