Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with respect to Training and Licensing documentation of inducted crew
- Endorsement of crew licenses for PIC and Co Pilot Rating, on completion of training as applicable for specific fleet and in compliance with the training manual
- Renewal of crew licenses (CPL/ATPL, FRTO, COP-RTR,) to ensure crew continue exercising the privileges of their respective licenses
- Renewal of Class I medical to ensure crew can exercise the privileges of their licenses for flying duties
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies towards documentation and follow up on endorsement and renewal applications
- Record maintenance and system updation to ensure compliance
- Audit of internal processes which includes documentation, record upkeep and system database
- Expat Pilots Security clearance, FATA issuance and renewal, Air Regulations Examination, Class I medical
- Planning renewal of English Language Proficiency test (ELP) for crew
- Work in close coordination for system enhancement and automation with an objective to eliminate manual processes
- Assist HR for training and licensing related matters with respect to hiring and Induction of crew
- Any other assignments from Reporting Manager

Work Experience
- 5-6 years of experience in aviation industry

Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
