Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the K-12 sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship, providing mentoring to students and parents and driving sales in a particular region. They should have evidence of strong interpersonal skills and possess good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients/leads.
  • Maintain consistent contact with contacted clients/leads.
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Ensure client conversion through voice and video demonstrations.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - Any field.
  • 2+ years in Ed-Tech/Sales industry.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • CRM and strong MS Office exprience is preferred.

Salary/Compensation

  • Up to INR 6 LPA + other benefits
  • High incentives based on performance and ample growth opportunities.
