Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints
• Decomposes high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements, specified in an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by those who must base their work on the requirements
• Participate in software feature gap analysis of various ERP software systems that address Commercial & Network Planning management challenges
• Explain specific problems/ challenges of Commercial & Network Planning management based on experience in different airlines
• Suggest solutions to the problems/ challenges as presented in a workgroup
• Suggest pros and cons of various solution approaches as presented in a workgroup
• Suggest improvement user interface, user experience, and software design document
• Suggest improvement on business/feature requirement and various other documentation
• Suggest improvement on training documentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Engineering Graduate/ Postgraduate from reputed college with an excellent academic record
• Specialization in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aviation
• 5+ years on airline Commercial & Network Planning management in a reputed airline
• 5+ years on various airline Commercial & Network Planning management and optimization software systems
• Expert in Commercial planning and Scheduling systems in Aviation Industry
• Expert in IATA specified SSIM Manual
• Expert in creating application prototypes and screen mock-ups
