Job Description

We're looking for a Business Consultant to join our North America Client Services team.

This successful applicant will be responsible for implementation of our ENVISION software for aircraft operators and maintenance providers. This is a dynamic position, collaborating with customers and other consultants to solve unique challenges in the aviation space.

The consultant will work with a Project Manager to manage the detailed scope and deliverables during an implementation, while communicating effectively with the client, Rusada colleagues and line management.

Role Responsibilities

• Be the initial first point of contact for North American customers, providing advice and support as required
• Successfully manage and deliver implementations of our ENVISION solution
• Work with new and existing client IT project team and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to manage product, service and implementation strategies
• Work with customers to fine tune ENVISION implementation to meet customer specific requirements. This includes:

1. Risk assessment
2. Generating solution options
3. Cost considerations
4. Documenting outcomes

• Communicate with customers and Rusada staff regarding requirements, status and deliverable dates and costs, utilizing project management constructs in Jira and Confluence
• Analyze and resolve operational, systems related and/or customer issues
• Provide technical and business analysis support to customers
• Propose enhancements of the Rusada products and services and define the service levels to meet customer expectations
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing security, performance and providing increased functionality for company products
• Periodic travel to customer sites, depending on customer requirements, post Covid19 business practices and other factors

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, with demonstrated proficiency in database analysis, query writing, debugging stored procedures and report writing using Report Builder, SSRS or Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft OS and Office tools and debugging, including Windows, IIS, Office, Teams, Chromium
• Strong articulate written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills and provide timely and well communicated project status and issue resolution

Desirable Skills

Experience in aviation maintenance, engineering, logistics, quality assurance and flight operations disciplines

Personal Competencies

• Ability to work a flexible schedule from a home office and onsite with a customer, which may include shifting priorities and overtime during periods of high volume and when handling time sensitive deadlines
• Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound business and technical judgment
• US Citizenship is preferred but not a requirement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a technical field or equivalent experience in aviation environments, including extensive experience with Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) software
