Could you be our new Cabin Crew Base Coordinator OSL? You will be a part of our Crew Management department and report to Director Cabin Crew. 

Your daily task will be to follow up Cabin Crew within the base according to Norwegian`s people strategy. Be in close coordination with cabin crew base manager on all crew management activities at the base and contribute to delivering professional people management for cabin crew on a day-to-day basis as well as longer term development. You will also assist on in-flight sales activities and motivation within the cabin crew base.

You will be responsible for 

  • Support Base Manager in all Crew Management related activities at base
  • Collaboration with local HR & cabin crew base manager on delivery of people management needs.
  • Ensure employment standards & culture in Norwegian 
  • Assist on delivery and follow up on Crew Management KPI`s
  • Contribute to improving sales related activities and crew performance 
  • Monitor that Norwegian Group Policies are followed 
  • Participate in recruitment processes when required and assist with onboarding within assigned group and for all ranks
  • Contribute to follow up all sick leaves and conducting care meetings when required.
  • Cooperation with Crew Support Team on all absence
  • Actively engage with cabin crew to uphold a healthy and safe working environment 
  • Knowledge of local labor law and sick leave insurance act.

This job will be for you if 

  • Your preferably have a Bachelor`s degree or relevant professional experience within people management 
  • Your professional experience is A minimum of 3 years’ proven track record preferably from aircraft industry and/or flight operations 
  • You are sales driven and goal-oriented
  • You have a strong people management and team-oriented experience, with particular attention to employee engagement
  • You are a strong communication skills and ability to engage team and build culture within the team/ group at base
