Job Description

  • Identifies and applies appropriate procedures in accordance with published operating instructions and applicable regulations.
  • Highlighting and developing opportunities to achieve efficient and effective training methods whilst continuously striving towards higher standards.
  • Cabin Crew Instructors are the role models for cabin crew and therefore must act appropriately at all times.
  • Conducts initial, recurrent and SCCM promotion course.
  • Responsible for the instructional design of training courses, including their delivery, development, regulatory compliance, standards, remedial, devices and training material and delivering feedback on the effectiveness of the course material to the Manager of Cabin Crew Training and Standards.
  • Conducting training and check flights as required and to the standards set by flyadeal.
  • Keeping up-to-date with current operational practices and maintaining excellent customer service skills at all times.
