Tasks

They are our warm hosts above the clouds and sweeten the start and end of their holidays for our passengers. In addition to their well-being, you are also responsible for safety on board. You work in collegial and open teams and can look forward to a varied working day. In addition, you benefit from flexible working hours and can enjoy non-working days at our dream destinations.

Other tasks:

• Prepare the aircraft cabin and ensure workflows before, during and after the flight
• Carrying out the Edelweiss on-board service and on-board sales
• The prerequisite at the time of entry is a successfully completed basic education (vocational training, Matura/Abitur, etc.) as well as a customer-oriented attitude with above-average willingness to serve, joy in dealing with people, cordiality and empathy.

Further qualifications:

• Good conversational skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2); additional language skills are an advantage
• Swiss or EU passport with good reference to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood)
• Well-groomed and winning appearance (please note the rules on tattoos in the application form)
• Confident appearance, great sense of responsibility and good manners
• Men: Proof of completed basic military training (RS), civilian service or confirmation of unfitness for service
• Minimum height 158 cm
• Good swimming skills
• Good health and willingness to work irregularly
• Willingness to vaccinate (incl. Covid19 vaccination) and willingness to wear mouth-nose protection
