Ensures well-trained, competent, qualified and efficient Cabin Crew & APS Staff at all times.
Conducts In-flight Service Training for Cabin Crew (Initial, Recurrent and Enhanced / upgrade programs).
Maintains and updates training records in a meticulous and systematic manner.
Responsible for evaluation of examinations and compiling the results.
Conducts service based audit s at airports and inflight, and identify deficiencies and suggest corrective measures / corrective action as necessary.
Collates relevant compliments and complaints from sms feedback data, for APS and Inflight.
Creates case studies f rom relevant customer complaint s and take necessary steps to reduce complaints
by conducting corrective training for concerned crew.
Creates modules and conducts training programs based on complaints analysis done by self and through data received from customer feedback.
