VACANCY INTRODUCTION

  • ü  ExecuJet is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill a vacancy for a Maintenance Coordinator within the CAMO department, based at Dubai International Airport.

 

JOB PURPOSE

  • ü  The main objective of the role is to ensure that the fleet is Maintained in an Airworthy, Safe, Compliant, Economic and Proactive manner whilst meeting regulatory, operational and customer requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • ü  To support the CAM and CAMO team in their daily duties.
  • ü  Ensure that all maintenance is conducted in compliance with regulatory and company policy including the NAA Approved CAME/MCM.
  • ü  Co-ordination of all EJME managed aircraft maintenance in the most efficient and cost-effective manner consistent with safety.
  • ü  Close liaison with departments, MROs, OEMs, clients, and crew ensuring that schedules and contractual obligations are met in a safe, compliant, cost effective and proactive manner.
  • ü  Maintenance Planning, scheduling, and forecasting
  • ü  Work scope preparation, Quotation, and invoice reviews
  • ü  Provide AOG out of hours contact cover as rostered.
  • ü  CAMP/CMP or similar computerised system monitoring and updating.
  • ü  Review and updating of aircraft records
  • ü  Participate in and contribute to aircraft reliability review meetings
  • ü  Review of AD/SBs, Modifications
  • ü  Supporting and preparation for ARC/ C of A renewals as required
  • ü  Regulatory Authority applications completion/submission as required. Ensure routine departmental tasks are completed on time i.e. AD bi-weekly reviews, AMP/MEL source document reviews, due lists, monthly reports, etc.
  • ü  Aircraft delivery and down route support as required.
  • ü  Development, review and update of aircraft and company documentation including AMPs and MEL
  • ü  Identification of process errors or improvements though self/department Quality Inspections
  • ü  Correction of audit non-conformities where necessary.
  • ü  Proactive identification, reporting and correction of safety related hazards and incidents as necessary
  • ü  To support, promote and actively contribute to the Company SMS, and just culture
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

  • ·         Minimum 3 years' proven CAMO co-ordination/planning or similar experience
  • ·         Knowledge of GCAA/EASA requirements
  • ·         Must be a team player, assertive, flexible, proactive, good under pressure, with good attention to detail
  • ·         Business Jet Experience with one or more of the following: Bombardier, Falcon, Embraer, BBJ aircraft.

Desirable

  • ·         · AME License, Gen Fam training, relevant degree
