Job Description

Join the Quality Service Management team as our custodian of the One Changi community, overseeing the communications and engagement strategies and execution of plans to build culture, cultivate a sense of belonging and drive our collective mission as One Changi to uphold excellent service standards in Changi Airport.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the community building and engagement strategies for the One Changi community – from the planning to execution of programmes and activities to unify and build relationships with key One Changi stakeholders, including leaders, enablers and champions.
  • Responsible for the communications of key messages and updates to the airport community as required, for awareness, engagement, education and change management purposes.
  • Channel owner in charge of the One Changi app – the enterprise social media channel for community-building and learning among the airport community. Responsibilities include social and content strategy, rollout of always-on content and campaigns, efforts to drive acquisition and engagement, as well as review of app usability and analytics.

Experience and skills

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in communications, staff engagement or stakeholder management functions
  • Passion and flair for usage of social media channels
  • Ability to craft narratives and produce creative, impactful content for effective storytelling
  • Great interpersonal skills, comfortable to reach out and build relationships
  • Strong English writing skills
