We are looking for a talent who will be responsible for writing and reviewing procedures, as well as recommending improvements thereof, ensure compliance with cargo policies, corporate policies and directives, industry regulations and international standards.

We need you to share your skills and fresh ideas, this includes:

• Adjust the existing procedures by incorporating process improvements to close process gaps and remove duplicated tasks and/or activities.
• Consolidate the observations on new procedures by obtaining feedback from stakeholders intra/inter-cargo to gauge the effectiveness of the procedures implemented.
• Assist user departments by understanding the department’s core processes and their needs and expectations to come up with adequate, relevant and effective documented procedures.
• Assess process efficiencies by conducting gap analysis to determine the weak points and areas for potential improvements.
• Discuss with process owners recommended or "to be" procedures in connection with management mandate, audit findings, or compliance with corporate policies and/or industry standards or rules.
• Perform the preparatory activities related to the ISO 9001 by reviewing the ISO standards with the process owners and their departments to ensure that the information is valid, current and accurate.

Qualifications

About you

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of solid experience in Policies and Procedures writing.
• Proficient in written and oral communications in English.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
