Experience:

• 8-15+ years of experience in Management Consulting (with experience in delivering engagements for Aerospace & Defence (A&D) clients) and/or experience of working in industry:
  
  
• Experience in helping clients or organization with projects related to Supply Chain, SAP S4, Cloud and/ or manufacturing
  
  
• Has End to End experience in implementing S/4 HANA in FICO or SD or MM or PP modules, end to end experience in life cycle implementation & support Business Process flows, System Process Modeling experience with strong understanding of Business Requirements, and System Analysis.
  
  
• Experience in two or more of the below areas:
  
  
• Helped define or implement growth strategies or cost reduction programs for clients
  
  
• Deep understanding of A&D value chain
  
  
• Experience in A&D supply chain/manufacturing with an understanding of analytics and cloud use cases for A&D industry
  
  
• Worked on operating model assessment for A&D clients (e.g., As-A-Service Transformation) and helped design target operating model including advice on best practices, customer experience and GTM strategy
  
  
• Experience in Sales or Marketing functions of the A&D value chain
  
  Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lead teams to deliver projects for global clients and be responsible (with minimal supervision) for:
  
  
  
• Convincingly presenting solutions to customers - especially in an unstructured and ever-changing client environment.
  
  
• Gathering business requirements from client stakeholders via interactions like interviews, workshops and through review of existing documentation
  
  
• Understanding customer needs and translating them to business requirements (business requirement definition), business process flows and functional requirements –thereby acting as an interface between business and technology teams
  
  
• Ability to understand the as-is process; understand issues with the processes which can be resolved either through technology or process solutions and design detail level to-be process with all stakeholders.
  
  
• Ability to analyze data and determine key trends and develop appropriate and relevant recommendations for the client
  
  Practice and Business Development:
  
  
• Support global sales team to identify, solution for and win A&D opportunities
  
  
• Build A&D offering capabilities, training and GTM collaterals

• Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills
  
  
• Comfortable working with the “C” level executives in a range of environments
  
  
• Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

  Education MBA from a Tier 1B-school is desirable
