You will be responsible for setting up the contractual aspects of all commercial relationships with a view to ensure that HIA's interests are protected at all times.
You will lead the contractual process throughout the commercial life cycle of HIA's business relationships.
You will set up appropriate contractual structures with all HIA's commercial relationships with a view to ensure that HIA's interests are managed any contractual risk is minimized.
You will supervise commercial related functions to ensure that they are in line with QR/HIA policies and procedures.
You will ensure compliance with HIA risk management policies and codes.
You will perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
