Job Description

Responsible for providing specialized commercial support for all service requests received. Responsible to perform various commercial functions working in tune with the operational, administrative, and financial areas. Will secure delivery beyond the client's expectations and support while the department builds a stable relationship with the market, demonstrating commitment, trust, and reliability

Operational

  • Receive and analyze customer service requests via QAS SRF (Service Request Form) to ensure correct and fast response for their needs.
  • Liaise with operational areas to secure all information related to all Customer requirement (Type of Services, type of Aircraft, schedule, adhoc services expectation etc.). In partnership with the planning department to secure all necessary operational resources to attend to existing & new customer needs.
  • Develop & implement the commercial calculation template in partnership with the financial department to ensure that the financial sheet covers all assumptions. The proposed price and margins are following the company standards.
  • Ensure and Secure all commercial rates and revenue related points in the agreement complies with the Delegation of Authority, SOP and exceptional approvals.
  • Responsible to do initial study on all commercial proposals, design and draft the commercial proposal considering the figures internally agreed and seeking approval from Commercial Manager and Senior Vice President prior submit to the customer. Responsible to design and draft IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement (SGHA) contracts in order to meet the industrial practice.
  • Review the commercial contracts and secure that contract terminology follows IATA standards and that the risk is mitigated and has the appropriate level of legal risk protection in the areas of price, indemnification, warranty, insurance coverage, and other necessary business legal terms and conditions.
  • Ensure that for reciprocal airlines contracts, preparation of the service price are in favor of the QR group and identify any discrepancies reporting to higher management
  • For each commercial proposal, build up, review and finalize the SLA ( Service Level Agreement) in liaison with the airlines and internal departments, in order to do compliance review to secured QAS Operational & commercial interest.
  • Raise the contracts in the QCAS system, maintain controls to ensure that applicable contractual rates are updated in INFORM billing systems.
  • Establish and maintain a good communication line with local customers to ensure consistent follow-up about the service delivered, looking for some additional services opportunities, either local or abroad.
  • Interact with the customers in conjunction with the Quality and Safety team to ensure that all customers’ manuals, are available before the operation starts.
  • Handle Customers Surveys in order to obtain a full feedback from our customers related to the service delivered, to ensure best customer services.

About you

  • An ideal candidate will have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
  • Commercial / Contract experience
  • Insert practical and technical knowledge needed including management skills
  • Command of English languag
  • Preferred - Financial & contract background
  • Preferred - Analytical Job related experience
