Job Description

The role is responsible to plan and analyse all compensation plan, benefit packages and requirements across all stations in accordance with local labor law and company policies & procedures. Furthermore, the role is to review & update existing benefit & compensation related policies, create awareness and perform required analysis in compliance with the organizational requirement and global best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning & analysing all compensation & benefit related activities across stations and conducting periodic audits as needed ensuring smooth process in compliance with local and state laws.
  • Ensure compensation programs & policy implementation across stations for compensation data ensuring all necessary compliance, data integrity & accuracy and manage HRIS compensation module including payroll elements, salary ranges, benefits etc.,
  • Conduct merit pay/salary increments/bonus payout analyses, set plans to align the outlays taking into consideration the market trend and company budget provisions.
  • Participate in wage surveys to determine competitive wage rates and prepare analysis for assessing and adjusting compensation plans and pay scales.
  • Assist in manpower planning and support recruitment team to determine pay grades and salary for candidates/positions for internal fitment and equity during the selection process.
  • Research on market trends, evaluate and modify compensation & benefits programs, policies, and procedures to ensure organization’s offerings are cost effective, and competitive.
  • Partner with the leadership team, department heads to understand and execute compensation & benefits strategy and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct job evaluation of newly created position and re-evaluation of existing jobs using job evaluation methodology
  • Contribute to the development of technology, systems and dashboards to maintain database and related documentation for ensuring compliance as per the requirements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for all related processes.
  • Design & implement staff welfare & development programs through rewards & recognition schemes, profit-sharing incentive, employee wellness, performance management programs and structure compensation in ways to yield the highest value for the organization
  • Manage budget preparation for stations, compensation data reports for management and ensure updated report/ data provided for various projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA Preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Compenstation and Benefits role
  • Knowledge of compensation & payroll related systems
  • Leadership and Team-building skills along with strong analytical and Problem-solving skills
  • Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Timely decision making
  • Excellent verbal, oral and written English and local language as indicated.
  • Knowledge of Local Labor laws, Compliance requirements and market demands and trends
