Job Description

Responsible in a shift of two, for the logistic requirements of crew on all cargo flights at outstations.

Job Outline:

• Co-ordinate with external service providers like hotels, transport and catering providers at outstations.
• Proactively identify process issues and rectify.
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders like Procurement, Flight Operations, Crewing, Catering, Network Control Centre to ensure smooth logistics for crew.
• Dispatch requisite APIS for cargo flights.
• Produce daily reports of any anomalies and lapses at stations for follow-up and remedial actions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Cargo/Aviation industry with a sound understanding of Cargo procedures and IATA regulations. Cabin Crew experience an asset.

Knowledge/Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Problem solving expertise.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of MS Office packages, ability to compile reports.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with an eye for details.
