  • Ensuring that crew resources (Pilot/Loadmasters and Engineers) are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with documented statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Calculate crew duties & rest, optimize standby crews, and implement flight changes (covering sicknesses, and delays...). Keep up-to-date knowledge of flight time limitations.
  • Familiar with EASA regulatory schemes associated with Chapter7
  • Familiar with FRMS systems
  • Ensuring Training events are correctly planned/re-planned in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company operational manuals
  • Prioritizing safety and legality in all crewing decisions
  • Maintaining and developing a professional standard of relations with Crew, other Line Departments, and fellow team members
  • Ensuring that all crew duties are accurately maintained in accordance with the approved FTL scheme
  • Have a working knowledge of roster policies
  • Be familiar with pre-tactical functions of Crew Control/Advanced Crew Control and provide cover where needed
  • Liaise with transport companies to organize ground transportation for Company Flight Crews/Load Masters and Engineers at their home base and outstation.
  • Arrange or liaise with travel agencies to make sure hotel accommodation is provided when needed

Your qualifications

  • Experienced in airline operations with a minimum of 2 years in a Scheduling/Planning or/and Crew Control environment.
  • Sound knowledge and appreciation of the detail and complexity of the regulatory environment governing airline operations.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with management and staff at all levels
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems
  • Proven decision-making skills
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in using Airline Crewing and Scheduling systems (AIMS, SABRE,NETLINE, CYBERJET)
  • High Proficiency in Excel and Office Tools
